4a. Connected Social Accounts & YouTube API Services

If you connect a social account to publish posts from ComedyPass, we store the access credentials for that account, encrypted, and use them only to publish the posts you schedule. You can disconnect any account at any time from Social Accounts in your producer workspace.

ComedyPass uses YouTube API Services to let you publish videos to your own channel. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

What we access and store from YouTube:

• OAuth tokens — stored encrypted, used only for the API calls described here, never shared.
• Your channel list — channel ID and title, so you can choose which channel to publish to. Refreshed at least every 30 days, or deleted if the connection is no longer active.
• Video uploads — when you schedule a post we upload that video with the title, description and privacy status you set, and store the resulting video ID so we can show you what was published.

We do not read, modify or delete your existing videos, and we do not access your watch history, comments, subscribers or analytics. YouTube data is never sold, never used for advertising or profiling, never used to train AI models, and never shared with third parties beyond the hosting providers needed to run the service.

Deleting your data and revoking access. Disconnecting YouTube revokes our access at Google and deletes the tokens and channel details we stored. You can also revoke access directly from your Google account's connections page, which lists every third-party app connected to your Google account. To request deletion of anything remaining, email support@thecomedystand.com and we will complete it within 30 days. Videos already published stay on your channel under your control and can be managed in YouTube Studio.

5. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. While we take reasonable steps to secure your personal information, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of your data.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Right to Access: You have the right to request copies of your personal information.
• Right to Rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Right to Erasure: You have the right to request that we erase your personal information, under certain conditions.
• Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information, under certain conditions.
• Right to Object to Processing: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal information, under certain conditions.
• Right to Data Portability: You have the right to request that we transfer the data we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
