Your money, your data
You're about to run your revenue through someone else's software. Here's exactly where the money goes, who can see your data, and what we don't do.
You sell through your own Stripe account.
During onboarding you connect a Stripe account in your own name. It stays yours — the bank details on it are yours, and the payouts land there.
- Your account, your bank detailsSet up through Stripe's own onboarding, not through a form we built.
- Paid out the day after the showNot held to a monthly cycle, and not waiting on us to release it.
- Card details never touch our servers Payment fields are Stripe's own, embedded in the checkout. The card number goes from your customer's browser to Stripe. We never see it and never store it.

Your customer list is yours.
Your customers, shows and settlements belong to your workspace. We don't market to your audience, and we don't sell or share your customer data.
It comes in
If you're moving from Eventbrite, your past events, customers and order history import with you — so your list doesn't start empty. How switching works.
It goes out
Settlements and payouts export to CSV whenever you want them, from inside the workspace. No request, no waiting.
If you leave
Ask us and we'll get you your data. There's no lock-in clause and no subscription that has to be cancelled first.
You decide who's in your workspace.
Everyone on your team gets their own login, invited by email with a role. You can change someone's role or revoke it whenever you need to — nobody shares a password, and nobody keeps access after they've stopped working for you.
- Five roles From full ownership down to door staff who only need to check people in.
- Revoke at any timeAccess ends when you end it, not at the end of a billing period.

Everything written down.
Our privacy policy covers what we collect and why. The terms cover the rest.
Still got a question?
If there's something here you need a straighter answer on, ask. We'd rather have the awkward conversation up front.
