• "Platform" refers to the ComedyPass website, mobile applications, and all related services.
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Producer" refers to comedy event organizers who list their events on our Platform.
• "Content" refers to all information, text, images, videos, and other materials displayed on our Platform.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Platform, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Ticket Purchases

When you purchase tickets through our Platform:

• You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your ticket purchases.
• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in the specific event's refund policy.
• ComedyPass reserves the right to cancel tickets or orders that appear to be placed in violation of our policies.
• Tickets may not be resold without the express written consent of ComedyPass and the event producer.

5. Producer Terms

If you are a Producer using our Platform to list and sell tickets to your events:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all event information.
• You agree to honor all tickets sold through our Platform.
• You agree to our service fee structure as outlined in our Producer Agreement.
• You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws regarding your events.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Violate or infringe other people's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.
• Post or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ComedyPass and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ComedyPass, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your use of or inability to use the Platform.
